By accessing or using Design Round ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Design Round is an AI-powered platform that helps users practice frontend system design interviews. The Service includes AI-driven mock interviews, whiteboard tools, session recordings, and performance evaluations.

You must sign in using a supported OAuth provider (GitHub or Google) to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed as you use AI features. New accounts receive complimentary credits at no charge.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and unused credits do not roll over.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the credit system
• Impersonate other users or entities

The Service uses large language models to generate interview questions, responses, and evaluations. This content is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. It is intended for educational practice only and should not be relied upon as professional career advice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in improved interview performance or job offers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Round shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
